Why Rocky path as a title?

The title comes from a conversation between Angel and Faith in the episode Judgement (2x01) when Angel comes to visit Faith in jail and she says 'Road to redemption is a rocky path'. 

The series being about Faith after 'chosen', I find it  quite accurate.
